Damage Cap

A damage cap limits how much damage a single attack or skill hit can deal.
[Rules]
• Auto attacks and individual skills can have different caps.
• Multi-hit skills apply their cap to each displayed hit.
    • For example, if a 10-hit skill has a 10,000 damage cap, each hit can deal up to 10,000 damage.
• If an attack has no damage cap, it is uncapped.
[Cap bonuses]
• Damage cap bonuses raise or lower caps by a percentage.
• These modifiers are additive.
    • For example, +50% turns a 999 cap into 1499.
